  • Sheri's links below are for all versions, not only CS3.
You can get the latest Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 update by running Adobe Update Manager (either standalone or from your application). Or you can download it from here for Windows or here for Mac.

Note that the latest update includes all of the previous updates. So if you have 3.1.1, you already have 3.1.0.
