Exporting your project is the final step in the video production process with Adobe® Premiere® Pro CS3. You have many options. First, decide what you want to export: single frames, clips, or entire sequences. Then you choose the format: videotape, movie file, or DVD. The Adobe Media Encoder offers multiple high-level output formats: Windows Media, QuickTime, RealMedia, Adobe Flash®, and MPEG. Within those formats you have dozens of options.

In this lesson excerpted from from Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 Classroom in a Book, you’ll sort through the various options for exporting your project.

Note: If you have never visited the Adobe Design Center site with cookies enabled then you will not be able to use the direct tutorial link.
Note also: Because Adobe often moves Web pages around, some tutorial links load a search for the tutorial which is usually the first hit in the search results.
